ACCOUNT MANAGER (ISTANBUL) (Ref Code: ACCMNG10)

We are looking for an Account Manager to be employed in our Istanbul Head Office.

Qualifications:

  • BS degree in related fields,
  • Experience in telecommunications sector,
  • Engineering fields and MBA are plus,
  • Min. 5 years of experience especially in account management preferably in IT sector, with sales quota and target based compensation,
  • Excellent human relations skills, ability to handle customers, technical problem solving, analytical thinking, excellent planning / organizational skills and meticulousness are assets,
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.

 

Job Description:

  • Managing relationship with existing customers and developing new business with potential customers,
  • Developing the sales/service strategies for a defined customer or group of customers in line with their business/long term targets,
  • Developing and implementing Account development plans including relevant partners and suppliers as appropriate,
  • Implementing and controlling the strategy with support of the internal functions,
  • Maintaining a high level of product, services and solution know-how,
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the own area; establishes relations and business,
  • Understanding competitor motives/market developments and incorporates them in their business strategy,
  • Identifying and influencing the decision makers on the customer side,
  • Managing customer requirements in accordance with their strategies and budget,
  • Will work with sales quota.
